New Saga in 2022

A journey across worlds...

Characters in Saga. Mum, Alana, and Dad, Marko, holding their new born baby girl

... the release of issues #55-60 in 2022

Introduction

Since being on a hiatus from 2018, for releasing the new Saga Comics, this year we have been graced with the NEW ISSUES in 2022. You can find a link to purchase the New Issues of Saga at the bottom of the site.
Like in comic books and graphic novels, this introductory content is read left to right, then, top to bottom.

Some of you maybe asking..
What part do I read first?
And why should I be reading THIS comic?
To try and break it down for you in the briefest description
carry on reading...

Each comic is rereferred to as an
'Issue' when released,
which can seem pretty small until
added to the other
releases.

And that.. is when the magic happens..
Each Issue becomes a chapter in a Volume.
Each 6 Issues
of the gripping Saga story
make a Volume.

Newly released in August 2019, to continue the Saga graphic novel story was a Compendium.
This Compendium contains
ALL volumes 1-9, the story so far.

Since being away and patiently awaiting the outcome of the partnership of Alana and Marko,
along with their beloved daughter .. Hazel, we continue the story with
Issues #55-60.
New in 2022!

Alana and Marko's forbidden new love in a
ancient world full of war and separation, sent them on their epic exploration for a new place
for their newborn to thrive, away from the
Galactic War surrounding them.

Both soldiers fighting on opposites sides find love,
solace and a precious new goal.
Protect their baby girl.
Unknown in this new life,
Hazel was connected to both sides of the war
and is now being hunted across space and worlds unknown.

These comics are full of life,
from worlds you can not imagine and surprising characters who are rude,
horrifying,
sexy
and
just damn good hunters.

The adventure follows the little girl as she tells
the story of her parents,
while growing up, to learn how to fit into this World,
who will she learn from, who can protect her and who
she will have to hunt.

Artist

Fiona Staples

Deciding along side the writer of the Saga comic book series, that a hiatus, was in the best interest of it's release, she fills our vision of new characters once again. The Saga series might follow a family and their young daughter but that doesn't mean the imagery holds back in anyway. Violence, gore, pleasure and pain can be seen throughout her illustrations, bringing the emotions of the quests for these characters to life.

Her illustrations can be seen, along side others, for pieces of work including:

  • Archie comics
  • T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents
  • Trick 'r Treat
She has won many awards for her illustrations in the Saga Series.
